Site Manager

Bostonair is looking for 1 Site Manager for our client located in Stuttgart.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance, inspection, and repair work performed at the site, ensuring full compliance with MOE requirements and Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 Annex II (Part-145).

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to assign sufficient, qualified staff to meet operational demand.

• Ensure work schedules are aligned with planning requirements, manpower forecasts, and workload distribution.

• Monitor daily resource allocation, adjusting for absences, training, or unexpected operational changes.

Your Qualifications

• Practical experience and expertise in aviation safety standards.

• Min 5 years relevant work experience, including 2 years in aviation.

• MUSThave avalidEU working/residence permit or EU passport.

• Strong communication skills in German and English.

• Relevant engineering or technical degree or licensed aircraft technician qualification.
