BOSTONAIR HAVE A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A SENIOR MECHANIC TO SUPPORT WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART BUSINESS JET MANUFACTURE IN SWITZERLAND!

This role offers 3 year of work in Switzerland, followed by continued employment in Spain, supporting long term production and transfer of work to the brand new facility in Sevilla.

THE ROLE:

• Lead and support a team of 5–8 workers on the aircraft assembly line (systems integration).

• Help the team leader manage staff, including planning shifts, reviewing performance, onboarding new employees, and developing skills.

• Carry out assembly work, test systems, find and fix problems, and take corrective actions during system integration, while checking quality.

• Make sure production tasks are completed on time and follow quality and safety rules.

• Help improve production and quality processes, including carrying out regular quality checks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft assembly & system integration.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is helpful but not required.

• Reliable, flexible, and responsible, with a focus on achieving goals.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with honesty and a focus on customer needs.

Please note: The position is based in Switzerland, with a minimum commitment of three years, with option to proceed your career in Sevilla.
