Client Overview:
The client is a leading aviation parts & components manufacturing / refurbishment company, who work across a range of business jet & commercial aircraft.
Role Overview:
To work in the Hydraulic workshop carrying out testing and repair and overhaul of various hydraulic aviation components in line with quality and safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Test, Repair, and Overhaul: Conduct thorough testing, repairs, and overhauls of various hydraulic aviation components according to original manufacturer manuals and instructions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all quality standards and procedures are strictly observed and maintained.
• Safety and Compliance: Establish and maintain a legally compliant and safe working environment.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed workshop reports and material reviews to support accurate customer estimates for the purchasing and commercial departments.
• Innovation: Aid in developing new capabilities and researching improved methods to save costs and reduce turn-time.
• Risk Assessment: Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and ensure all safety requirements are met.
• Customer Focus: Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations at all times.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the company.

Qualifications:
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components.
• Hydraulic Aviation Experience: Essential background in a hydraulic aviation environment, with a preference for previous experience in a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using both Skydrol and hydraulic oil rigs.
• Software Skills: Good understanding of MS Office and business systems and procedures.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret manuals and accurately record inspection findings.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Team Player: Strong written and oral communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Safety Conscious: Must be highly safety-conscious with a keen attention to detail.
