COPELLO HAVE PARTNERED WITH AN ESTABLISHED ENGINEERING BUSINESS BASED IN MAIDENHEAD IN THE RECRUITMENT OF A CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE REQUIRES CANDIDATES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose and repair advanced optical and electronic systems.
• Support equipment maintenance, modifications, and upgrades.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, including out-of-hours support.
• Record and analyse faults for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, airworthiness, and security compliance.
What You'll Bring:
• ONC (or equivalent) in electronic servicing.
• Strong hands-on experience in electronic servicing or workshop environments.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and provide on-call support when needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SC security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HNC in electronics or relevant experience with CCD/FLIR cameras, lasers, or airborne equipment.
• Knowledge of military/aviation support settings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and safe equipment handling.
