Job description
The role will involve support for the Head of Compliance and Safety in the following
areas:
• Management of audits and production of audit reports.
• Follow up and closure of any non-conformances identified.
• Monitoring and amendment of the organisation’s procedures.
• Issue /renewal/cancellation of Personal Authorisation Certificates.
• Liaise with NAAs regarding the issue and renewal of approvals.
• Liaise with operators regarding compliance audits and surveys.
• Promote the Compliance and Safety policy.
• Participate in the safety reporting scheme and occurrence reporting system.
• Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Compliance &
Safety.
To be successful at this role you should be able to demonstrate the following:
• A good working knowledge and understanding of EASA Part-145 and Safety
regulations
• Appropriate compliance/auditing qualifications and experience
• Previous experience in a Part-145 and/or CAMO
• Ability to liaise with engineers, customers and NAAs as applicable
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent report writing skills
