AS AN AVIONICS TEAM LEADER, YOU’LL GUIDE A SKILLED CREW OF ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS TO DELIVER SAFE, HIGH-QUALITY, AND TIMELY MAINTENANCE ON SOME OF THE MOST ADVANCED AIRCRAFT IN THE WORLD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate avionics base and line maintenance, RMU, and CMPL projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Motivate and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians, electricians, and licensed engineers.

• Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records in SAP, and report on project status.

• Identify issues early, drive corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.

• Foster collaboration, clear communication, and a positive team culture.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• EASA Part-66 B2 License with valid type ratings.

• At least 2 years of experience in avionics maintenance as certifying staff.

• Technical qualification (degree or equivalent) with a strong grasp of aircraft systems and aviation regulations.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office tools.

• Fluent in technical English, both written and spoken.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules and project priorities.

• Committed to integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence.
