I am an experienced 737NG CL and A330-200 certifying engineer in Pakistan and I have hands on experience of more than 9 years on Certifying experience and more than 16 years of maintenance experience I worked as a lead mechanic on A320 at my previous organization. I have been involved in major maintenance including engine change high power run ups powers assurance checks maximum scope of task cards and various troubleshooting. I am adaptable to many situations and very good in team bonding, plus I am very flexible for any kind of work schedule I have also mentored many subordinates who are working in various organizations. I can blend my experience with younger individual. I can mentor the fresh ones and I can make strong bond with fellow mechanics and lead engineers. I can formulate, be a part and can lead a team of mix individuals.
